Challenge
The problem
Surveyors worked on paper and loose photos in places with no signal, so reports took weeks to compile and details went missing.
Solution
What we built
Everything is captured and stored on the device, then synced in the background once a connection appears. Reports assemble themselves from the checklist and photos.
Results
Outcome
- Report preparation time cut from about 5 days to 1
- More than 3,000 records captured in the first season
- Zero data lost across sync failures in testing
