The problem
Patients often do not know whether their pain needs a physiotherapist, and many prefer to message than to call.
Solution
What we built
A short pain check on a body chart narrows the problem, shows a clear next step and prepares a WhatsApp message with the chosen areas and care format. A visible emergency notice sends urgent cases to emergency services first.
